LoadOut talks to hardware in three ways: the companion watches over each platform's own encrypted phone-to-watch link, meters and timers over Bluetooth, and the Garmin Xero through a file or a photograph. Every device below works with a phone or tablet; the Bluetooth meters and the shot timer also pair on the Mac, and the web app runs the workspace without any of them.

One Pro unlock, Weather Meter Capture, covers every meter you own, whatever the brand. Entering conditions, splits, or velocities by hand is always free; Pro buys the convenience of the wire, never access to the solver.
Companion watches
Three watch platforms, each a native app that runs on its own with the phone in a bag. Apple Watch and Wear OS carry seven pages, or eight while that watch is holding a Pro Shooter Stats look-back; without one the stats page is absent from the deck rather than locked. Garmin carries up to seven (every page except the firearm glance, which no Garmin has), with the Stats page only on the models that have room for it; the Instinct 2 family runs six. The Apple Watch and Wear OS apps read your next target aloud with the watch's own voices; Garmin shows it, because Connect IQ has no text-to-speech. Shots logged on the wrist queue until the phone confirms them, so a sleeping phone loses nothing. Page-by-page detail is in the companion watch reference.

Weather meters
A meter reads under Settings › Connected Devices, then feeds the environment fields on the Ballistics tab and on Range Day in one tap. Bluetooth meters need Android 12 or later on Android; on iPhone and iPad any supported model works.
Shot timers
A Shooters Global SG Timer pairs under Settings › Connected Devices › SG Timer. Every shot lands in your record as you fire, at the timer's own millisecond times, joined to the firearm and load you were shooting; the first row of a string reads Draw. Import the sessions the timer stored, newest first, and start, suspend, or stop the timer from the phone. A session whose clock was never set is marked Date Needed rather than guessed. LoadOut reads the timer from Shooters Global's published Bluetooth interface alone and is not affiliated with Shooters Global. Chronographs
The Garmin Xero C1 Pro is supported three ways, none of them Bluetooth: export a session from Garmin Connect as a .fit file and pick it in Chronograph Import, import a ShotView file, or photograph the Xero's screen in Velocity Check and let the phone read the velocities off it. All three land in the same per-rifle velocity log, with a trend across sessions. From the screen photo, LoadOut reads either the session summary or the shot list, shows where every value came from, and marks anything it is not sure of for you to check against the photo. It never invents a shot it could not read.
The Device Compatibility screen
When a device you own cannot use one of these features, LoadOut says so rather than failing quietly: Settings › About & Help › Device Compatibility appears only on a device that has such a limit, and names the feature and the version it needs. Bluetooth meters and the shot timer need Android 12 or later because that is the first Android release that lets an app scan for Bluetooth devices without asking for your location; pairing a Wear OS watch and using the watch's motion sensors need Android 11 or later; the On-Device Standard Voice needs iOS 18 or later.
